3. No client relationship is created by using this site

A care relationship begins only when:

1. We complete an in-home assessment, and
2. A written service agreement is signed by both parties, and
3. Care is scheduled to begin.

We may decline to provide services for any lawful reason, including when a person's needs exceed what our caregivers are licensed or trained to provide, or when an address falls outside our service area.

4. Enquiries and response times

We aim to respond to enquiries promptly, but we do not guarantee a response within any particular timeframe, and we do not guarantee availability of caregivers for any particular schedule or start date.

Do not rely on this Site for urgent care arrangements.

5. Services are governed by a separate agreement

If you become a client, the terms of care — including scope of services, rates, scheduling, cancellation, billing and termination — are set out in a separate written service agreement between you and Ivory Home Healthcare.

That agreement governs the care relationship. These Terms govern only the website. Where the two differ regarding care services, the signed service agreement controls.

6. Scope of services described on this site

Service descriptions on this Site are general summaries. Actual services provided to any individual are determined by their assessment and written care plan.

Ivory Home Healthcare provides personal and supportive care. We do not provide skilled nursing services, medical treatment, wound care, injections, or medication administration. Where our materials refer to medication reminders, this means prompting and support, not administration.

This paragraph must match the agency's actual license and scope of practice. Get it verified — a misstatement here is a regulatory problem, not just a website problem.

7. Employment applications

Submitting an application through the Site does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or a guarantee of an interview.

All positions are subject to background checks, reference verification, certification confirmation, and applicable Wisconsin caregiver requirements.
