In-home care
Walking & mobility assistance
After a fall, most people stop moving. Then they lose strength, which makes the next fall more likely. Breaking that cycle early is one of the most effective things home care does.
We support safe and confident mobility, enhancing physical activity and independence.

When to call
Signs it may be time for help
A fall in the last year, or a fear of falling

Avoiding stairs, or sleeping downstairs to avoid them
Refusing to leave the house
Noticeably slower or more hesitant walking
Recently discharged from hospital or rehab
What our caregivers do
What a visit includes
Standby assistance
Present and ready, but not taking over. Muscles only stay strong if they are used.
Walks outdoors
To the mailbox, round the block, into the garden. Fresh air and sunlight affect sleep and mood measurably.
Stairs
Supervised, unhurried, in both directions.
Support a physical therapy plan
Encouraging prescribed exercises between PT visits, where the real progress happens.
Hazard removal
Loose rugs, trailing cords, poor lighting, cluttered hallways.
Walker and cane use
Checking height and that it is actually being used correctly, which it frequently is not.
Common questions
Questions families ask about this
Is this physical therapy?
No. We are not therapists. We support and encourage a therapist's plan.
Ready when you are. No pressure, no cost to talk.
One call. We listen, we visit the home, and you get a written plan before anything starts.
